Terms and Conditions

Contract.

The contract for venue hire shall be made between the Client and Camel House Concerts. It will be entered into when the deposit is processed and The Camel House issues the confirmation letter. The contract will be subject to the all the following booking conditions:

Payment.

A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking, and the remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date. Non-payment of the balance of the rental on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the client. In case of cancellation, please note that if cancelling more than 8 weeks before the start date, the deposit is forfeit. 4 to 8 weeks 50% is payable and less than 2 weeks the entire rental fee will be forfeit. Any cancellation made by the Client for what ever reason must be in writing. We advise that you take out Cancellation Insurance.

Method of Payment.

Payments may be made by sterling cheque or telegraphic transfer to Camel House Concerts. All cheques should be sent to Camel House Concerts, Camino El Volcan 1 No. 39, Macher Bajo, Tias 35550.

Period of Hire.

Venue hire commence, unless otherwise notified, at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminate at 10a.m. on the day of departure.

Number of Persons in the property.

The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed. Camel House Concerts reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

Complaints.

Should there be any cause for complaint during the occupation of the property, it must be notified promptly to Camel House Concerts and the case of a serious problem confirmed in writing.

Care of the property

The Client shall take all reasonable care of the property and its furniture, fittings and effects, and leave them in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning. Breakages or damage, or extra cleaning costs must be reimburses to Camel House Concerts upon demand.

Liability

Camel House Concerts, its employees and agents does not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise. It is not responsible for the accuracy of any verbal information or statements made by any of its members of staff or agents.

Camel House Concerts shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times if deemed necessary.

Guests visiting with children must accept responsibility for the safety of their children.
